Zé Puxa Artista e Seus Vídeos

The commissioner/curator sits on a bicycle suspended on two sawhorses. On the floor, the artist is seated on a trough, which is attached to the rim of the rear wheel by a rope. The curator pedals to lift the artist to the highest point of the exhibition room and support him. Then the action shifts to the link between the artist and his videos. Being suspended, he alternately pulls the three televisions, one with audio, placed on the floor inside troughs, which play videos, to the point of the living room. After all the elements are suspended, the curator resigns from his task and cuts the rope. From that moment onwards, the artist bears the weight of himself and his works and will have to do so until he runs out of strength.
The piece consists of a bicycle, three troughs, twenty-nine pulleys, two easels, sisal rope, three televisions, three dvd players and connection cables, an electric current extension, an artist and a commissioner.
